HOW TO PERSONALISE:

You can write your pet’s name/your name and/or phone number. Also, if required, additionally we can engrave on another side.

Engraving font sizes will vary according to the length of the wording.

Please be very careful when sending your details: we will engrave your words exactly as you send them to us. We will copy and paste the information provided.

You can choose between 4 colours, 8 shapes and 3 sizes.

Rings are included but not connected so you will need tools to connect them. For an additional fee, we can attach them.

It?s a made-to-order item so as it?s made just for you, you won?t be able to return it (unless it?s faulty).

Little burns are normal due to engraving.

We cannot guarantee the length of time the tag will last your cats or dogs, as this is down to the individual pet’s chewing/tearing abilities. Please do not leave unsupervised with your pet.

Proper supervision is advised when playing with the collar and the tag to ensure no accidental swallowing. The tag should be regularly inspected to ensure there is no damage. If any damage is seen, then the tag should be discarded.?
